Kerri works with adolescents and adults navigating a range of life experiences, including anxiety, depression, grief, and the lasting impact of major life events. She is especially drawn to supporting individuals as they learn to manage overwhelming emotions and begin to make sense of what they’re facing.
She has a particular heart for those walking through significant health challenges, including cancer survivorship. Kerri helps clients process what they’ve been through while also supporting them as they adjust to life beyond treatment and begin to reconnect with a sense of stability and purpose.
Kerri values helping people take meaningful, manageable steps forward. She works alongside her clients to build resilience, develop practical tools, and create space for greater clarity and steadiness over time.
She believes growth often happens gradually, and considers it a privilege to support individuals as they move toward a more grounded and hopeful way of living.
