Taylor works with children, adults, and families, supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. She values creating a space where clients feel safe enough to explore what they’re experiencing and begin making sense of it in their own time.
She uses an integrative approach to counseling, including EMDR, to help clients process difficult experiences, develop practical tools, and move toward greater stability and clarity.
Many who come to Taylor are looking for relief—from overwhelming emotions, strained relationships, or experiences that feel difficult to move past. She walks alongside her clients with care and steadiness, helping them feel less alone in what they’re carrying.
Taylor believes healing happens through connection—both within ourselves and in relationship with others. She considers it a privilege to support her clients as they begin to move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
