Taylor's Hope
Taylor is dedicated to supporting adults, families, and children ages 5-11 through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and codependency.
With specialized training in EMDR and a diverse, integrated approach to counseling, Taylor employs a range of modalities such as CBT, IFS, and DBT to provide tailored support for each client's unique situation.
Clients often come to Taylor's office seeking hope, whether directly or indirectly. They may be looking for relief from persistent anxiety, peace in tumultuous relationships, freedom from painful memories, or simply the assurance that someone genuinely cares about their struggles.
In moments of darkness, when hope seems hard to find, Taylor aims to walk alongside clients, helping to bring hidden struggles into the light and showing that they are not alone in their pain.
Taylor believes that healing, both in counseling and in life, thrives through relationships where we recognize our imperfections and brokenness, yet also understand our profound worth through connection with ourselves and others.
